How to apply for an additional Abu Ahmad Rewards card?

You can order an additional card online or by phone.

Order another Card Online

1. Select ‘My Acccount’ at the top right corner.
2. Select ‘Cards and accounts’. Scroll down to ‘Order a new card’
3. Select ‘Additional card’ with your rewards card number from the list.

You’ll will be sent an additional card and key tag with the exact same barcode as your existing rewards card. All accumulated your points and rewards will go into one account.
This is a great way to accumulate points across your entire family and share the savings and benefits.

How do you earn points?

You’ll earn 1 point for every single dollar you spend at Abu Ahmad Butcher. You can also earn bonus points with member-only specials and also through our exclusive email offers to members.

How to Check your points balance

1. Login to http://abuahmadrewards.com.au/
2. Select ‘My Account’ at the top right corner.
3. Select ‘My Activity’ from the drop down menu

You will be able to see what you have saved, spent or redeemed.

Do unused points expire?

Any unused Points balance of less than 2,000 Points (i.e. $10 of Abu Ahmad Rewards) in your Account will expire after 18 months from the date on which you last used or scanned your card.

Enjoy automatic savings

The automatic redemption settings qualify you for $10 off your next purchase each time your balance comes to 2000 points. To redeem your saving, simply spend $10 or more on eligible purchases in store using your Abu Ahmad Rewards card

Bank your savings for Eid al-Fitr
You can bank all your $10 savings for Eid al-Fitr. Your savings will be automatically triggered (i.e. become available on your card) between 1st of June and 30th June each year. After the 30th June, any remaining points in your balance can be saved for next Eid al-Fitr.

How to apply for a new Abu Ahmad Rewards card?

If you have lost or misplaced your card, you can order a new Abu Ahmad Rewards card for free either online or through an automated phone service.

Order Online

1. Login to http://abuahmadrewards.com.au/
2. Select ‘My Account’ in the top right corner, then ‘Cards & accounts’
3. Scroll to ‘Order a new card’
4. Select your Rewards card number from the drop down menu
5. Choose the reason for replacement followed by ‘order card’

Phone

Call 1300 XXX XXX and follow the prompts. Make sure your account details are up to date, so you can safely receive the card which will be posted to the address in your account.

How to update your contact details?

1. Go to http://abuahmadrewards.com.au/ then log into your account
2. Select ‘My Account’ from the top right corner then ‘My Details’
3. Amend your details, then select ‘Update details’ to save.
